In the beginning was the Numen.
All things were made by Him, and He was the light of men.
The Numen moved among us, overcoming the darkness
That we can see the light, and
Behold the Invisible.
Light awakens life and its colors happiness.
As the sunrise causes the nature to rise and its creatures
rejoice, there is something within man responding with delight at the sight
of light. Its drawing brilliance, revealing illumination, and the power liberating
from the hold of darkness, all make one turn toward light and open to receive
its glory.
Numenism is the art of divine revelation, and as such a celebration
of the light from Heaven. In its unique way, Numenism is reflecting this celestial
light and rejoicing in its colors. In the quest to visualize the wonder of
the Most High Numenism begins by beholding Him, watching His descent to humanity
and the self-disclosure through His acts in history. And using the historic
act
as a window of the broader revelation, the art journeys beyond the frozen scene
toward the essence of event. The picture emerges to convey the charm of divine
mystery, at the same time attractive and frightful, awesome and fascinating,
arcane and revealing, and the light continues to shine, ever brighter, unto
the perfect day.
In the end comes the Numen,
Every eye will see Him, and all the earth will
Behold the Invisible |
